The Ralph Middleton Munroe Chapter of the Traditional Small Craft Association is host to the Annual Washington’s Birthday Regatta at The Barnacle Historic State Park in Coconut Grove, Florida — home of famous Sharpie sailboat designer, “Commodore” Ralph Middleton Munroe.
